The Sports Education Group comprises people from various sports who are passionate about sport and absolutely committed to continually raising the standard of sports education and activities generally involving sport.

A proper approach to sporting activity has many parallels to success in life generally. Respect of the individual, commitment to excellence, enjoyment in what you are doing and understanding the value of team work - these are all qualities that apply in many stages of life - in school and business for example.

Our organisation is built on the quality of our people who, while from different sporting and business backgrounds, openly share ideas, experiences and contacts to make the group stronger and more dynamic as a whole.

Sports Education Group Co-Founders - Don Allan and Roger McInerney

Don Allan - SEG Co founder

Sports Education Group emerged from the efforts of Co founders Don Allan and Roger McInerney, two altruistic former sportsmen who wanted to help youth players to reach their potential and to provide young people with career opportunities through sport.

Both Don and Roger have a passion for all sports and believe strongly that there is a real correlation between fulfilment in sports and fulfilment in life. Through their vision the company was formed, SEG balances the commercial and philosophical needs of the business by supporting the growing demand for quality sports services, mirrored in many sports and has developed a significant national presence and a reputation for professional delivery.
